1. IDENTITY AND ADDRESS OF THE RESPONSIBLE PARTY.
This Privacy Notice (hereinafter referred to as the “Notice”) sets forth the terms and conditions under which Quick PS, which will hereinafter be referred to, whose address is located at Luis Hidalgo Monroy, San Miguel, Iztapalapa, 09360 Mexico City, in its capacity as the Responsible Party, will process your personal data as the owner of such personal data, in order to protect your privacy and your right to informational self-determination, as provided for in the Federal Law on the Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties (the “LFPDPPP”), its Regulations, and the Privacy Notice Guidelines issued by the Ministry of Economy (the “Regulations”).
2. DEFINITIONS.
For the purposes of this Notice, the definitions of the terms “Personal Data”, “Sensitive Personal Data”, “Days”, “Processing”, “Data Owner”, “Responsible Party”, “Data Processor”, “Transfer”, “ARCO Rights” – “Right of Access”, “Right of Rectification”, “Right of Cancellation”, “Right of Opposition”; “Cookies”, “Web Beacons”, as well as the other elements provided in the Notice, shall have the same meaning as attributed in the Regulations.
3. PERSONAL DATA WE COLLECT AND PROCESS.
At QUICKPS, we collect and process the personal data of clients, prospective suppliers, suppliers, visitors, third parties, prospective employees, and employees, which are listed below:
i) General Data
Full name and, where applicable, signature, date and place of birth, nationality, gender, marital status, full address (home or work); telephone number (home or work); personal or work cell phone number; personal or work email address; photograph and video recording; Unique Population Registry Code (CURP) (where applicable) and immigration status (where applicable).
ii) Data to access QUICKPS online services
Username and password managed by you on our websites to access our online services.
iii) Data related to payment methods
Name of the holder, bank account number, CLABE, and originating bank.
iv) Financial and patrimonial data
Income information, bank account details for salary and benefit deposits, special credit bureau report, socioeconomic study (if hired).
v) Sensitive personal data
Data related to your health status, medical history, union affiliation, and criminal records, as well as legal proceedings in which you are or have been involved.
vi) Personal data collected by automated capture tools on QUICKPS websites
(Cookies, web beacons, links in emails). Browser type, language, session identification means on the website, passwords for website access, access times, IP address, operating system of the computer or device accessing the site, interaction with our emails and website.
vii) Personal data from public sources and received via consented transfers
Data from public records, directories, social networks, and other lawful sources available on the market, as well as personal data shared by third parties to whom you have previously given consent.
viii) Third-party personal data for references
Identification and contact information, including name, work phone number, and/or cell phone, and work email, to request professional and/or business references about you.
ix) Personal data of family members and/or other dependents
Identification and contact data of family members, dependents, or beneficiaries, such as their name, phone, and/or email.
The personal data described in the preceding sections of this section is collected through: i) your voluntary and direct submission of information through our printed forms; ii) your voluntary provision of information and personal data in face-to-face or telephone interviews with our authorized personnel; iii) your voluntary and direct submission of information through dialogue windows on our website; or via emails; and iv) the use of public access sources and other sources available in the market.
It should be noted that the personal data described in the previous paragraphs may be included in various documents in printed or digital format, such as copies of: personal and dependent birth certificates, valid official identification (voter ID card, passport, released national military service card, immigration document, or driver’s license), marriage certificate, if applicable, tax returns, tax withholding sheet, Federal Taxpayer Registry ID card, CURP registration card, account statements, proof of address (water bill, property tax bill, or electricity supply service bill), education certificates, IMSS proof of registration; Afore account number (if applicable); Labor Skills Certificate (DC-3) issued by the Ministry of Labor and Social Welfare; resume; no criminal record certificate, and employment reference letters.
4. PURPOSES.
At QUICKPS, we process your personal data to carry out activities and management aimed at fulfilling the obligations arising from any commercial and/or legal relationship we establish with you, which we consider primary purposes, including:
A) Clients
i) Managing access to our facilities;
ii) Managing access to our website;
iii) Requesting, purchasing, exchanging, or returning services;
iv) Requesting, contracting, changing, or canceling products;
v) Registering you in our customer database;
vi) Assigning you a customer number;
vii) Managing the payment of services and/or products;
viii) Managing invoices or digital tax receipts;
ix) Requesting a quote, service, and/or product information;
x) Requesting delivery, repair, or warranty fulfillment of services and/or products;
xi) Requesting service provision or service warranty fulfillment;
xii) Processing the payment of services and/or products with debit or credit cards;
xiii) Integrating your file;
xiv) Maintaining physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards for personal data to comply with civil, commercial, administrative, and tax legal and administrative requirements.
xv) Changes or new products and services;
xvi) Service or product quality.
Additionally, we will process your personal data for other secondary purposes, which are not essential for the legal and/or commercial relationship we establish with you, including:
i) Contacting Customer Service;
ii) Managing your purchase history and other operations;
iii) Sharing your comments, suggestions, complaints, and clarifications about our services and products;
iv) Evaluating the quality of our services and products through various instruments, including surveys;
v) Implementing activities aimed at promoting, maintaining, and improving our services and products;
vi) Participating in chats and/or discussion forums;
vii) Notifying QUICKPS of issues with your site;
viii) Sending notifications of offers, notices, and/or promotional messages, advertisements, commercial prospecting, or marketing purposes, in print and electronic media;
ix) Using various services of QUICKPS websites;
x) Allowing the management, administration, and security of your personal data;
xi) Maintaining physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards for your personal data under applicable legislation and regulations; and
xii) Complying with applicable legal requirements.
5. DATA OWNER’S CONSENT.
For the purposes of the Regulations, you hereby declare: i) that this Notice has been made available to you by QUICKPS before the collection and/or processing of your personal data; ii) that you have read, understood, and agreed to the terms set out in this Notice for the collection and processing of your financial, patrimonial, and/or sensitive data, and that, if you provide it, you will include your handwritten name and signature at the bottom of this document, the simplified privacy notice, or the short privacy notice, or you will provide your consent through the dialogue windows enabled on our websites. The foregoing is based on Articles 8 and 9 of the LFPDPPP, as well as Articles 11, 12, 14, 15, and 16 of the Regulations, without prejudice to the exceptions provided for in Articles 10 and 37 of the LFPDPPP, which empower us to process your personal data and transfer them to comply with our obligations under the law, contract, or due to the legal relationship, current and/or future, that we have or may have with you.
or the collection, processing, and transfer of your personal data that is not financial, patrimonial, or sensitive, you will provide your tacit consent under the terms of this Notice by not objecting to its content within the 48 hours following the collection of your personal data and the availability of this Notice by the various means, including its publication on our website.
6. DATA TRANSFER TO THIRD PARTIES.
To comply with our legal, commercial, and/or labor obligations, companies within the QUICKPS Group require sharing your personal data among themselves and with third parties both in Mexico and abroad with whom we have agreements. The third-party recipients of your personal data are contractually obligated to maintain the confidentiality of the personal data provided by QUICKPS and to comply with this Notice.
QUICKPS may transfer your personal data to its parent company, as well as to affiliated or subsidiary companies in Mexico and abroad that are part of the same corporate group and operate under the same internal processes and policies.
The following table outlines the transfers that QUICKPS will make to third-party recipients.
7. PROCEDURE TO EXERCISE ARCO RIGHTS AND CONSENT REVOCATION.
At any time, you have the right to access, rectify, and cancel your personal data, as well as to object to the processing of such data or revoke your consent regarding the processing for specific purposes, including secondary purposes, which you may have authorized, either directly or through your legal representative. To do so, you must submit the corresponding request via email to: contacto@quickps.net, with the following information and documentation:
- Full name, address, or other means (such as your email address) to communicate the response to your request;
- Documents proving your identity (a simple printed or electronic copy of your voter ID, passport, or Visa, as applicable), or, if applicable, your legal representative’s documentation (a simple printed or electronic copy of the power of attorney with your handwritten signature, that of two witnesses and the representative, with their corresponding official identifications personal ID, passport, or Visa);
- A clear and precise description of the personal data for which you seek to exercise any of the ARCO rights; and
- Any other element or document that facilitates the location of your personal data.
In the case of requests for access to personal data, QUICKPS will proceed with the delivery of your information via electronic means, upon verification of your identity or that of your legal representative, as applicable.
For requests to rectify personal data, you must also indicate the changes to be made and provide the documentation that supports your request.
QUICKPS will respond within twenty days from the date of receipt of your access, rectification, cancellation, or opposition request, with the determination made, so that, if appropriate, it will be implemented within fifteen days following the communication of the response. In all cases, QUICKPS will respond through the means you selected when submitting your request, or by any other means agreed upon with you. The above deadlines may be extended once, for an equal period, provided that the circumstances of the case justify it, as provided in the LFPDPPP.
The delivery of personal data will be free of charge, and you will only be responsible for covering the justified shipping expenses or the cost of reproduction in copies or other formats. If you reiterate a request within less than twelve months, you must cover the corresponding costs under the LFPDPPP, unless there are substantial modifications to the privacy notice that justify new consultations.
For the receipt, registration, attention, and response to requests to exercise your ARCO rights and the other rights provided in the LFPDPPP, we make our Privacy Officer available to you, who can be contacted at the offices indicated in section 8, through our website, or via email.
If the information provided in your request is incorrect or insufficient, or if the required documentation is not attached, we may request, within five days of receiving your request, that you provide the necessary elements or documents to process it. You will have ten days to respond to our request, starting the day after you receive it. If you do not respond within that time, the corresponding request will be considered not submitted.

LIMITATION OF USE AND DISCLOSURE OF INFORMATION.
QUICKPS will retain your personal data for as long as necessary to manage the commercial, labor, and/or legal relationship with you and to maintain the records required by the LFPDPPP, its Regulations, commercial, administrative, labor, social security, and tax legislation.
The personal data collected by QUICKPS is protected by appropriate administrative, technical, and physical security measures against damage, loss, alteration, destruction, or unauthorized use, access, or processing, in accordance with the LFPDPPP and its Regulations.
To limit the use and disclosure of your personal data, please send an email to our Privacy Officer at contact@quickps.net, communicating your request.
Data collection while browsing QUICKPS websites
QUICKPS may collect personal data through its website or by using automatic data capture tools. Among the automatic data capture tools used by QUICKPS on its websites are cookies, Web Beacons, and links in emails.
Use of Cookies. The proper functioning of QUICKPS websites requires the enablement of “cookies” in your Internet browser. “Cookies” are small data files transferred by the website to your computer’s or mobile device’s hard drive when you browse our websites. Most browsers accept cookies automatically based on their default settings, but you can adjust your browser preferences to accept or reject cookies. Disabling cookies may disable various features of QUICKPS websites or cause them not to display correctly. If you prefer to delete cookies, you can remove the file at the end of each browser session.

Use of Web Beacons (also known as Internet tags, pixel tags, and clear GIFs): QUICKPS may use Web Beacons on its websites and in its HTML-formatted emails, either alone or in combination with cookies, to collect information about the use of the websites and your interaction with emails. A Web Beacon is an electronic image, typically a one-pixel (1×1) or GIF file, that can recognize information processed on your computer, such as cookies, the time and date the website and its sections are viewed.
Links in QUICKPS emails. Emails that include links enable QUICKPS to know if you clicked on that link and visited the destination webpage, and this information may be included in your profile.
Protection of minors, persons under legal disability, or incapacity: QUICKPS does not collect or process personal data from minors, persons under legal disability, or incapacitated individuals, and encourages parents and/or guardians to take an active role in their children’s and/or wards’ online activities. If QUICKPS believes that personal data has been provided by a minor, a legally incapacitated person, or someone under legal disability, in contravention of this Notice, we will delete such personal data as soon as possible. QUICKPS reserves the right to update this Notice to reflect changes in our data protection practices arising from our continuous improvement process, as well as legal, regulatory, and administrative changes.
