Handling of Package and Service Restrictions

QuickPs provides collection, transport, distribution, and delivery of Package, as long as the following restrictions are met:

(i) Packages or items exceeding: i) 20 kilograms; ii) dimensions of 70cm x 70cm x 70cm; iii) glass; and/or iv) liquids will not be transported.

(ii) Package dimension limits must be respected. If the package exceeds the contracted service dimensions, an additional charge will apply (overweight, volumetric weight). The Sender is solely responsible for accurately stating the package’s dimensions and weight.

The package size is calculated based on the larger of the total weight or volumetric weight. To calculate volumetric weight, multiply the length (cm), height (cm), and width (cm), then divide the result by 5,000.

At the designated QuickPs station, the actual weight (measured in kilograms) and volumetric weight (measured for volume) will be verified, with the higher value used for billing, compared to the service weight stated.

(iii) Regardless of the declared value of the Package for transportation, QuickPs shall be liable for an amount of up to $2,000.00 MXN (two thousand pesos) per shipment. Package valued below this amount will be fully compensated, but if the value exceeds this amount, it will be subject to the stated maximum liability.

(iv) No prohibited Package per applicable local, state, or federal laws or regulations shall be transported, nor items that could endanger the safety of QuickPs employees, agents, subcontractors, or means of transportation. QuickPs may refuse items that, in its opinion, could stain, damage, or harm other Package or equipment, or whose transport is not economically or operationally viable. Regulated hazardous materials or those that require a specific permit for shipment without express authorization are not accepted, nor will QuickPs be liable for lost or damaged prohibited items transported by mistake.

(v) QuickPs will not accept the transportation of money, negotiable documents, credit instruments such as checks, promissory notes, etc., which, if transported, hold no commercial value for QuickPs. Jewelry, precious metals, precious or semi-precious stones, diamonds, antiques, artwork, alcohol, firearms, explosives, obscene, offensive, or denigrating materials, irreplaceable or unique items, specific permitted items without express authorization, ashes or human remains, sharp objects, controlled and restricted drugs, and any other item restricted by federal or local laws are not accepted for transportation. QuickPs shall not be responsible for the loss or destruction of such items if transported in error due to the Sender’s failure to declare their contents.

(vi) QuickPs does not provide protective services for perishable Package requiring temperature control. As such, transport of these items is accepted at the Sender’s risk, with QuickPs exempt from liability for any damage incurred during transport.

(vii) QuickPs reserves the right to refuse or suspend transportation of any package lacking adequate, complete, and correct information about the Sender and Recipient. The Sender is responsible for ensuring that the information on the Waybill is accurate, complete, and correct and that all Package include appropriate contact details for the Sender and Recipient.

(viii) The Sender is responsible for ensuring that Package are properly packaged, wrapped, and labeled to be suitable for transport. QuickPs is not liable for damage to Package that were not properly packaged, considering the nature of each item and transport characteristics (motorcycle, bicycle, or cargo vehicle from collection to destination).

(ix) The Sender is responsible for ensuring the Package are correctly identified, classified, and meet all health, customs, and applicable law requirements, including accompanying documentation.

Right of Inspection

QuickPs reserves the right, but not the obligation, to open and inspect the contents of the Package at any time, requiring the Sender to open and identify them. If the Sender refuses or fails to comply, QuickPs will not be liable for the said Package.

The Sender agrees that the Package may be subject to inspection by federal, state, or local authorities, and QuickPs is released from any resulting liability.

Delivery Attempts

If QuickPs cannot complete the delivery, a notification will be sent to the Sender via the Platform and to the Recipient via email, specifying that delivery was attempted, with photographic evidence attached. QuickPs will make a second delivery attempt and reserves the right to make a third attempt at its discretion, at no additional charge to the Sender. After the second or third attempt, if delivery is still unsuccessful, the Service will be considered canceled, and the Package will be returned to the Sender’s original location.
